About FishyGo
FishyGo operates an online seafood marketplace and ordering service for supported delivery locations across Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Products, prices, availability, preparation options, delivery availability and other information may change from time to time.
Using the FishyGo website
You agree to use the FishyGo website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website.
You must not attempt to misuse the website, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with checkout or payment systems, or submit false or misleading information.
Customer accounts
You may be able to create a FishyGo customer account to manage your details, addresses and orders.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for information submitted through your account.

Products and availability
FishyGo sells fresh seafood and related products. Product availability may change based on stock, sourcing, seasonality, operational availability and other factors.
Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that it will remain available until the order is successfully placed.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, FishyGo may contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution.
Fresh seafood and natural variation
Seafood is a natural product. Appearance, size, shape, colour and other characteristics may vary between individual products even when they are sold under the same product listing.
Product images are provided to help customers understand the product but may not represent the exact individual seafood item supplied with every order.
Weights, cleaning and preparation
Where FishyGo offers weight, cleaning, cutting or preparation choices, available options will be shown on the relevant product page.
Fresh seafood may experience normal changes in final usable weight after cleaning, cutting, removal of scales, skin, shells, head, bones, internal parts or other preparation requested by the customer.

Prices
Product prices displayed on FishyGo may change from time to time.
The price applicable to an order is the price shown during the checkout process when the order is placed, subject to any valid discount, coupon, shipping charge or other adjustment displayed there.
Coupons and promotions
Coupons, discounts and promotional offers may be subject to eligibility rules, validity periods, minimum order requirements, product restrictions or other conditions.
FishyGo may modify or discontinue a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to orders that have already been successfully placed under an applicable offer.
Delivery serviceability
FishyGo delivers only to supported serviceable locations.
Customers should enter the correct delivery pincode and address. Delivery availability is checked using FishyGo’s current service-area system.
Delivery slots
Available delivery dates and time slots may depend on the customer’s pincode, order time, operational schedule, holidays, capacity and other delivery rules.
When delivery-slot selection is required, the customer must select an available slot before completing checkout.
A delivery slot represents the current planned delivery window and may occasionally be affected by circumstances such as traffic, weather, operational delays or other conditions.
Delivery address and contact details
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, pincode and contact number.
Incorrect or incomplete information may prevent or delay delivery. FishyGo may contact you using the information supplied with your order when necessary to fulfil the order.
Delivery charges and free shipping
Any applicable shipping charge or free-shipping eligibility will be shown in the cart or checkout before you place the order.
The shipping option and amount displayed during checkout are the applicable delivery terms for that order.
Payments
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change depending on the payment options currently enabled by FishyGo.
Where online payment is used, payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment service provider.
An order is not considered successfully placed merely because a payment attempt was initiated. The website must confirm successful order creation.
Cash on Delivery

Receiving and storing fresh seafood
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive an order during the selected delivery period.
Fresh seafood should be handled and stored appropriately after delivery. Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage after the order has been received.
Order tracking
Eligible orders can be checked through the FishyGo Track Order page. Customers with an account may also view available order information through My Account.
Website information
FishyGo aims to keep product information, availability, pricing and website content accurate and useful. However, occasional errors, outdated information or technical issues may occur.
FishyGo may correct website information when an error is identified.
Third-party services
